Studio Mixer for Drums?
alright so i'v been looking around for some good studio head phones for drumming. Well I came across a guy that said he'll be running his ipod through a small behringer mixer and into the head phones. I just plug my head phones into my Ipod, but i was wondering what that does plugging it into the mixer, what is the difference?
the mixer seperates the individual tracks, so you could even take a song that you like, run it through a mixer and take the drum parts of the originall song out by turning volume down for that specific track. as for good studio head phones, im a studio drummer and i use the vic-firth isolation headphones, they work great
